Who you are
You’re a seasoned People Operations professional who brings both precision and care to your work. You’re energized by creating exceptional employee experiences, and you understand how thoughtful HR practices can fuel a thriving business. You’ve supported high-performing digital product teams and have a proven ability to build systems that scale without losing their human touch. You’re also an empathetic and confident communicator who creates genuine excitement about the employee experience. You move through sensitive, complex, and confidential situations with discretion and professionalism. Most of all, you’re someone who sees HR not as policy enforcement, but as a craft—one rooted in trust, growth, and the belief that people do their best work when they feel seen, supported, and inspired.
