Position Overview & Purpose
The Community Development Manager will be responsible for securing long-term Right of Entry (R.O.E.) Agreements or Grant of Easement (G.O.E.) to new and existing HOAs (homeowners associations), management companies, and neighborhood planning associations in Florida.

You will accelerate the sales cycle by attaining the legally required documentation, prospect identification and qualification, funnel and prospect management, proposal generation and contract closure. You will use your technical expertise to serve as a subject matter expert and regularly interact with clients to answer questions on recommended services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·         Initiate the ROE process by researching HOA properties, contacting owners and receiving attainment requests.
·         Arrange an on-site due diligence survey of HOA locations.
·         Develop strong partnerships with clients, staying connected to answer questions, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to issues.
·         Maintain a deep understanding of the product line and recommend products to clients based on fit and needs.
·         Research and analyze trends and implement solutions based on research and analysis of the markets. Change tactics and approach based on market dynamics.
·         Attend trade shows, chamber and local events, and conferences to grow connections and increase brand and product awareness.
·         Identify ways to accelerate community engagement, collaborate with marketing and sales to implement solution including events and virtual meetings.
·         Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Construction, Operations, IT and Accounting teams.
·         Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends based on event demand
·         Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
·         Ability to communicate objectives with clarity and completeness
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
·         Polished and appealing presenter, with strong presence, communication and influencing skills
·         Agile and poised, with ability to pivot quickly as circumstances change
·         Strong attention to detail; understands the importance of data integrity
·         Personable, with effective customer service skills that build trust; ability to adjust style and presentation based on customer
·         Ability to appropriately prioritize and manage multiple requests at once
·         Self-motivated and independent, takes initiative and follows through to task completion
·         Strong teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal skills
·         Proficient in Google Earth
·         Ability to review and synthesize data and then summarize into high-level (exec) overview
 
Basic Qualifications & Competencies
·         3-5 years in real estate, legal, marketing, telecommunications or business
·         Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
 
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
·         3+ years’ history of negotiating and processing legal documents
·         and Google Earth
·         Proficient at cross-functional collaboration
·         Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
·         Excel in skill of negotiation, building relationships, market knowledge, and managing processes
·         Persuasive and goal oriented
·         Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
·         Eager to expand company
