Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Leader will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, including managing our recruiting technology stack, employer branding, sourcing programs, and vendor relationships. This role will lead and develop our recruitment team, enabling them and our operations partners to hire efficiently and effectively while maintaining high quality standards. You will be the driving force behind scaling our hiring processes to support current operations and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor the recruiting team to optimize full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate and site-level roles.
    • Manage and enhance the recruiting technology stack (ATS, pre-screening tools, onboarding platforms) to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
    • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen our market presence.
    • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media, job boards, referral programs, AI, and community partnerships.
    • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and technology providers.
    • Collaborate closely with operations leaders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and quality expectations.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for field operators focused on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and talent attraction techniques.
    • Equip field managers and site leaders with the skills and tools to conduct effective interviews and identify top candidates aligned with client values.
    • Create and monitor recruitment KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and report results to leadership.
    • Ensure compliance with legal hiring standards and diversity & inclusion of best practices throughout the recruitment process.
    • Support onboarding and new hire integration by partnering with HR and training teams to create seamless transitions.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years in talent acquisition with sourcing and employer branding focus.
    • Experience recruiting multi-site, high-volume, or service-oriented industries.
    • Proven success managing recruiting technology and driving adoption of recruitment tools
    • Strong expertise in employer branding, sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and training delivery especially interviewing and candidate evaluation.
    • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Data-driven with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize processes.
    • Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams and improving candidate and employee experience.

Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs) for event or team meeting support.
    • Ability to participate in onsite meetings, employee engagements, and field visits, which may involve walking job sites or standing for extended periods.

Travel Requirements

    • Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for leadership meetings, site visits, or engagement events.
    • Travel may include overnight stays and occasional weekends, depending on business needs.
    • Must be comfortable working in both corporate and field-based environments.
    • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
$120,000 - $140,000 a year
