Our Talent Management team is looking for a VP who will support and build the company’s growing talent management business.
 
You will report to the SVP of Talent and oversee the performance and development of the Talent Management team, who provide around-the-clock, high-quality support to our creators. You will be responsible for ensuring the team is providing best-in-class service, stays focused on the mission of the organization and vision of the creators, and has the resources they need to perform those functions well. 

On any given day you might…

    • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the talent management group.
    • Work closely with dept leadership to set priorities and roadmap longer-term initiatives.
    • Oversee talent programs and services that will increase talent satisfaction and overall success.
    • Develop forward-thinking solutions to meet creator needs and department objectives.
    • Help address client issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the team and company as appropriate.
    • Manage and mentor the Talent Managers, and invest in their professional growth and development.
    • Work with team members to establish clear performance goals and expectations.
    • Give team members actionable feedback that helps them improve their performance.
    • Foster relationships with internal teams and serve as the primary point of contact for cross dept planning.
    • Anticipate, oversee, and troubleshoot any potential problems within the cross-functional teams, and manage priorities, resources, or other requirements accordingly.

Ideally, you have…

    • Multiple years of experience managing high-performing teams and developing individuals to meet their full potential.
    • Quickly built relationships with dynamic individuals from various backgrounds.
    • Fostered a team environment that empowers and brings out the best in everyone.
    • An understanding of how to leverage and align the individual strengths and talents of different team members to produce the highest quality results as a unit.
    • High emotional intelligence, with experience navigating socially complex and ever-changing requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
    • The ability to acutely problem-solve in order to navigate frequent and, often sudden, daily challenges pertaining to relationships and projects.
    • An understanding of how to seamlessly adapt your communication and working style to get the best results.

Bonus points if you…

    • Have a passion for video games, live streaming, esports, and/or gaming influencers
    • Have experience in talent management, client relations, or entertainment
