We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate HRBP to our team! This role is perfect for someone who is at the beginning of their HRBP career or transitioning from a Senior HR Generalist role. As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and business leaders in our Product, Engineering and Design teams.

In this role, the Associate HRBP will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will collaborate closely with experienced HR professionals and business leaders to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive organizational success. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement through your involvement in training sessions, workshops, and other employee-focused activities.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

    • Build a strategic partner relationship with our senior leadership and management to develop solutions for their business objectives and challenges and navigating change management
    • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
    • Deliver mind-blowing [internal] customer experiences for our Loadies as you sherpa employees through their lifecycle at Loadsmart including objective alignment, merit and incentive, promotions and internal movements. 
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees and managers.
    • Align with our Talent Acquisition Partners to craft roles based on market availability and business needs, partner to build assessments to evaluate competencies and skills and enhance the overall employment brand to drive top talent to join us
    • Uphold an efficient and effective workstream between managers and the People & Experiences team, acting as an anchor for People Operations
    • Ideate, create and improve talent initiatives in a rapidly changing and occasionally ambiguous environment
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries, providing guidance, support, and timely updates throughout the entire visa process to facilitate smooth transitions and legal compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Senior Generalist role.
    • Preferred experience working with Tech Teams (Product, Engineering, Design & Others).
    • Advanced English skills - will use on a daily basis
    • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
