We are seeking an Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. The role of the Office Manager will be to ensure that all Chicago office operations run effectively to maximize Loadie's experience and efficiency as well as create and maintain an engaging and collaborative office environment with excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

REPORTING TO: Claire Jolcover, Talent Acquisition Partner Manager 
LOCATION: Chicago (Onsite daily) 
DEPARTMENT: G&A

What you get to do:

    • Maintain all office facilities management, work with the building management, and be the “go to” person for all office needs.
    • Manage third-party vendor relationships and expenses, including Grub Hub, Kastle (security access), catering partnerships…etc. 
    • Maintain relationships with building security and operations including but not limited to security protocols, badge/fob access, etc. Coordinate with the IT team to ensure appropriate support and triage of IT-related requests within the office.
    • Manage Tier 1 IT requests including equipment/asset management, conferencing, basic networking, supporting IT onboarding, and escalating additional requests.
    • Ability to anticipate conflicts in advance and develop a strong understanding of organizational objectives to filter and prioritize incoming information appropriately
    • Support quarterly board meeting process and logistics
    • Act as the key point of contact for the office including visitors management, leadership team, colleagues, clients, and other external partners
    • Manage Office budget and expenses, prepare expense reports

You have experience:

    • 2+ years of experience supporting an in-office environment (supporting sales a plus)
    • Experience troubleshooting IT issues, managing high-volume requests, and providing outstanding customer service.
    • Working with a sense of urgency and having exceptional organizational skills
    • Maintaining a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
    • Following up and following through on actions as necessary
    • Working in a fast-paced environment while providing superior service level
    • Comfortable working independently with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while taking initiative and acting independently under minimal supervision
    • With a variety of web-based tools and the ability to adapt to new collaborative technologies as they become available
    • Event planning and execution
