Do you have a passion for product marketing and creating impactful, engaging content? The Content Manager, Social Media is an integral part of our Control Brands team, championing our private-label products by crafting compelling, innovative, and platform-savvy content. This role bridges the gap between the Creative team and our business partners, ensuring that unique, engaging ideas are developed, aligned with business goals, and executed with excellence across multiple platforms.
 
We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker—someone who can partner with creative teams to refine concepts, align them with brand and business objectives, and pitch them with confidence. You’ll need a balance of creativity and strategic acumen to plan and execute social-first campaigns that resonate with audiences while driving results. 

What You'll Do

    • Develop and bring innovative content ideas to life across our Control Brands portfolio, including PC, No Name, and PC Optimum. 
    • Partner with creative teams to craft storytelling initiatives that highlight the unique value of our brands while engaging social communities. 
    • Oversee content creation from concept through post-production, ensuring seamless workflows, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with consumer and content insights. 
    • Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging your expertise in emerging platforms and formats to guide content strategies and team contributions. 
    • Lead and support production efforts, including coordinating test kitchen or in-store shoots, managing talent, and ensuring smooth logistics during filming. 
    • Present and advocate for creative concepts with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. 
    • Partner closely with Brand, Media, and external teams to deliver campaigns that exceed expectations and elevate Control Brands’ presence. 
    • Keep an open and curious mindset, always seeking to explore new formats, technologies, and ways of working to enhance paid and organic content performance. 

What You'll Bring To This Role

    • A background in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field equips you with the skills to create impactful content. 
    • Strong experience managing content production across various social platforms, with a deep understanding of best practices for paid and organic media. 
    • You’re a trusted collaborator who can build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, advocating for the unique identity of Control Brands. 
    • You have the ability to bridge the gap between creative ideation and business goals, ensuring content delivers results while staying true to brand identity. 
    • You excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering on deadlines without compromising quality. 
    • You maintain exceptional organisational skills, follow processes meticulously, and ask the right questions to drive clarity and results. 
    • A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving ensures you’re always ready to tackle challenges and explore new opportunities to innovate.
