Do you thrive on bringing order to creative chaos? Are you passionate about social media and driven to deliver exceptional content experiences?

Loblaw's Social Media Centre of Excellence (COE) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Content Project Manager to support our growing content production demands primarily across our Control portfolio. In this role, you'll be the linchpin between creative vision and flawless execution, ensuring every project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on teamwork and logistics—someone who can manage timelines and budgets, coordinate shoots, and ensure all requirements are in place to bring creative ideas to life. This role requires a balance of organization and creativity, enabling the successful execution of social campaigns across various platforms.

What You’ll Do

    • Planning and Scheduling: You'll play a key role in developing and managing content production timelines across all our social channels, encompassing both internal and external content streams, including influencer programs. You'll collaborate with Content Managers and our Influencer Lead to establish realistic production schedules, track milestones, and ensure smooth execution for all content needs.
    • Managing Project Timelines: You’ll keep projects on track by managing and updating timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and align with overall project objectives.
    • Product Coordination: You’ll secure products from brand teams for content creation, ensuring everything needed for shoots is ready and available.
    • Coordinating Shoots: You’ll schedule and coordinate shoots with the test kitchen and other locations, handling logistics such as booking locations, talent, and equipment to ensure seamless execution.
    • Managing and Organizing Assets: You’ll manage and organize assets like video footage and graphics, making sure they are easily accessible for the team.
    • Versioning Content: You’ll assist in the versioning of content for different platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

    • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or production support role, ideally within a creative agency or in-house team.
    • Proven project management skills: Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
    • Exceptional organizational skills: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for order and efficiency.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
    • A positive, can-do attitude: Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for social media: A genuine interest in the ever-evolving world of social content and trends.

Bonus Points

    • Experience with social media content production workflows.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
