The impact you'll make

As a Senior Training Coordinator supporting Online Grocery on the Implementation Team, you will be responsible for maintaining training content across multiple platforms and reporting on training activity using our micro-learning tool. We view training as a colleague engagement metric, so the content you create will be engaging, concise, and impactful. The reporting and analytics you provide will give insight into the performance of these training programs. You will work on everything from in-person/virtual training facilitation, developing reinforcement training content, to building dynamic programs to support our top initiatives. You will use data to make informed decisions on training materials and programs, while also reviewing successes and opportunities for the future. You are willing to travel within Canada to support our Online Grocery departments if needed.

What you'll do:

    • Develop training content and engagement programs that drive knowledge growth in our store colleagues in numerous forms (reinforcement training, quick reference guides, certifications, infographics) as needed
    • Maintain the instructional integrity of training documentation
    • Work with our LMS partner to develop and maintain reinforcement training content
    • Extract data from our LMS platform to inform successes and opportunities for future training programs, drive training participation across all stores, and share key insights with various Operations stakeholders
    • Coordinate the release of program-specific content to store groups following Implementation team rollout schedules
    • Act as a platform administrator for our third-party tool, Axonify
    • Collaborate closely with Internal Communications team to align on key messaging and communication tactics
    • Act as a liaison between cross functional teams (Product, Engineering, eCommerce Operations, Retail Store Operations), communicating with supervisors and peers
    • In-store training facilitation approximately 10% of the time

Does this sound like you?

    • Fluent in written, verbal, and conversational English (French/bilingual a bonus)
    • 3+ years in a training or similar role
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems administration
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills
    • Comfortable presenting to different audiences
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel) and experience creating content in Articulate Storyline, Axonify, or similar platforms
    • Understanding and genuine concern for meeting the needs of the customer
    • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative manner in a rapidly changing environment where there are multiple and shifting priorities and projects
    • Highly motivated, energetic, and organized professional capable of driving business and delivering results
    • Able and willing to travel within Canada as needed (less than 20% of the time)
