Our Program Managers are integral to how we operate at Loblaw Digital and are responsible for not only leading teams through strategic initiatives, but also are responsible for ensuring collaboration and accountability amongst our cross-functional teams. Program Managers are strategically placed throughout our organization when cross-functional workstream alignment is crucial to our goals.

As a Program Manager, you will support strategic initiatives that span across multi-disciplinary teams (both at Loblaw Digital and with the broader enterprise). You will lead overall plan and communication management, manage interdependencies within initiatives and teams, partner with cross-functional experts, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Candidates should have experience managing and launching large-scale technology projects and be comfortable with both upfront and ongoing planning documentation, bridging teams and building relationships, and partnering with stakeholders at various levels.

Note: This role is hybrid - Currently 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

What You Will Do

    • Lead plan management for initiative planning and ongoing tracking as it relates to overall delivery cross-functionally
    • Facilitate and enable clear, succinct communication between cross-functional partners
    • Own initiative vision (the big picture) and health documentation (progress at any given time)
    • Manage initiatives across multiple workstreams; communicate proactively to mitigate potential impacts and identify risks/opportunities
    • Drive efficiency, decision-making and action towards goals and initiative vision
    • Embrace our culture and drive collaboration, partnership, and excellence

Does This Sound Like You?

    • 3+ years of experience managing and leading e-commerce and technology initiatives
    • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to lead and partner; thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment ensuring accountability, alignment and ownership
    • Clear communicator through forward, proactive, and strategic thinking
    • Proven leadership abilities in managing multiple workstreams, teams, and outcomes
    • Experience creating and driving processes, articulating team needs, and clarifying next actions with stakeholders at various levels
