The impact you’ll make

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Shoppers Drug Mart eCommerce you will impact our business by leading and executing digital marketing strategies for Shoppers Drug Mart eCommerce, focusing on building program awareness, attracting new customers, driving repeat purchases. and omni-channel integration.

What you'll do:

    • Develop and deliver on the eCommerce business objectives for SDM.ca, and drive the Marketing strategy to acquire and retain quality customers  
    • Build, implement and refine digital marketing campaigns to hit aggressive sales targets
    • Work cross-functionally with Email, Media, Merchandising, Strategy & Planning, Product, Technology and Design teams to strategize and execute on programs
    • Collaborate with SDM business stakeholders to deliver on integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that meet eCommerce objectives
    • Leverage data and insights to guide campaign development and influence stakeholders
    • Identify and test new internal and external partnership opportunities to attract new customers and drive sales
    • Forecast, monitor and report on campaign performance, interpret data to refine based on learnings
    • Develop and manage project work streams including follow-ups, reviews and approvals, purchase orders and budget reconciliation, weekly & monthly business reporting
    • Lead and coach high performing Marketing Specialist

Does this sound like you?

    • University degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce
    • 7+ years’ experience in an eCommerce or retail digital marketing role
    • Experience in the Beauty industry or Beauty brand marketing an asset
    • Proven experience driving customer acquisition in a sales environment
    • Proven experience leading digital marketing strategies, while having solid experience and understanding of omni-channel marketing principles
    • Proven experience in managing a direct report and teams of indirect reports
    • Creative background including building marketing briefs and managing creative teams
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively work and communicate with multiple levels of the organization and deliver persuasive presentations, POV statements, strategic recommendations
    • Outstanding project management, time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage varying workloads
