About the Role:
We are seeking an analytical generalist as a first Real Estate Strategy & Operations hire to accelerate kitchen development. You will partner with our experienced Real Estate dealmakers and Construction & Design team to analyze site opportunities and terms, optimize team process, and drive rapid development with strong unit economics. No real estate experience required. This is a perfect role for a former mid-level analyst to work strategically and become a real estate expert, while working in the launch critical path at a hyper growth startup.

Responsibilities:

    • Own the scorecard and pro forma site financial model; set targets for LOI and lease terms
    • Collect market and guest data and analyze e.g. residents per fast casual, demographics, site traffic
    • Own pipeline tracking and make the development process more efficient and scalable e.g. Airtable
    • Generate top of funnel opportunities through marketing and collateral + outbound 
    • Own reporting of development team KPIs and dashboards; surface insights to exec and Real Estate/Construction & Design team
    • Partner closely with Finance to support financial planning and projections 

Requirements:

    • 2-3+ years in consulting / banking / strategy & operations 
    • Ideally have high growth startup experience
    • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel modeling and data analysis 
    • Entrepreneurial and effective; use your analysis to generate site opportunities and improve process 
    • Very organized, attentive to detail with strong written communication 
    • Strategic thinking, understanding of how real estate levers will impact overall business growth and profitability 
    • Guest empathy; ultimately choosing the best sites for serving the local community

    • Commercial real estate knowledge
