⭐ Role Overview
Join Lodgify as a Social Media Intern and help grow and maintain our online presence across multiple channels. You’ll support content creation, community management, reviews, and day-to-day social media operations. This is your chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Supporting social media management across 4+ channels, which involves replying to comments, messages, and mentions, ideating, planning, executing, editing, and posting content, as well as crafting compelling copy for various social media posts.
- Managing reviews, including replying to reviews across various platforms, and assigning reviews to relevant team members.
- Engaging in community management, by actively interacting with our community, posting and engaging in relevant groups and forums.
- Assisting with ad hoc social and video production by creating static images and graphics, scripting, planning, recording, and editing content as needed, and sharing and promoting content initiatives.
- Delivering value to our customers is paramount. While we have our own marketing goals, you always prioritize their needs and interests.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- You are a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters program in Marketing or similar.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- You have a passion for creating content across social platforms, understanding trends, and engaging with diverse audiences.
- You excel in collaborative settings, bringing creativity and initiative to team projects.
- You're organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
