About This Role:

    • Prepare, post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded, ensuring proper documentation and filing
    • Process accounts payable invoices by applying rigorous adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and timely payments.
    • Reconcile bank statements and proactively resolve any accounting discrepancies
    • Oversee the accurate and timely recording of transactions on the credit card platform, ensuring all charges and credits are consistently tracked and discrepancies addressed.
    • Review and authorize employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and financial controls.
    • Oversee the inventory accounting process, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of company assets
    • Collaborate with the controller and accounting managers to support a seamless and efficient month-end close process
    • Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed, providing critical data to support company decision-making

Must Haves:

    • Bachelor’s in Accounting. CPA candidate a plus
    • 3+ years financial accounting experience
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and computer skills
    • Experience with our software stack preferred (Excel, NetSuite, Slack, Gmail, Expensify, Divvy)
    • Experience with hardware components

$61,000 - $100,000 a year
State law requires us to tell you the base compensation range for this role, which is $61,000- $100,000 per year, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.  The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we evaluate individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
