Logixboard is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our mid-market and enterprise customer segments. As a key member of the Marketing organization, you will work with business partners across the company to build strategic, high-impact programs that drive pipeline for our sales team and help Logixboard acquire new customers. We’re an early stage startup which means you will play an integral role in defining and building the marketing playbook to create repeatable growth and ABM motions. 

You will:

    • Own the growth and performance marketing strategies and execution for our target customer segments (SMB, MM, ENT).
    • Establish and foster a partnership with the Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing teams to align revenue generating strategies.
    • Build and execute lead generation campaigns to acquire new opportunities and build pipeline, leveraging the full spectrum of marketing channels and motions.
    • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to target key accounts and drive engagement with decision-makers.
    • Build up our owned and earned marketing channels to increase our contactable audience and increase reach for marketing messages.
    • Understand the wants and needs of our ICP and connect them to the magic of our product, ensuring focused and effective lead generation efforts.
    • Achieve campaign performance targets through A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
    • Be genuinely curious, proactive, and excited about the unknown aspects of what each day might bring due to the nature of a hyper growth, early stage startup environment.

We're looking for:

    • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel growth marketing campaigns, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS businesses, with at least five years of professional experience.
    • Audience and account based marketing competency, targeting segments and ICP prospecting lists.
    • Demonstrated ability in managing paid marketing budgets and campaigns.
    • Analytical acumen with an outcomes focused mindset and hunger to exceed business objectives.
    • Proficiency with at least some of our marketing tech stack with the ability and willingness to learn others: Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom Events, Wordpress.
    • GSD mentality with willingness to roll up your sleeves just get stuff done.
    • Expert collaborator with the ability to influence out and up.
    • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, values-driven, strong customer focus, and high-level of curiosity.
    • Startup experience is a plus - We are growing very fast so flexibility as we iterate and change is very important. With that experience you can also be part of the build and design of our go to market planning.
    • Empathetic, reflective and high on coachability - The ability to listen to and give constructive feedback.

      The salary range for this role is $98,600 - $119,040, plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on 1) relevant experience, knowledge, and skills, as demonstrated through the interview process, 2) by considering parity with current LXB team members, and 3) current market data
