About You:

As a product marketing manager here at Logixboard, you will play a crucial role in positioning our portfolio of products, driving awareness/adoption, growing existing and increasing the brand value by creating marketing materials and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns that educate internal and external stakeholders, which will ultimately translate into growth for Logixboard. 

The product marketing manager will report to the director of brand and will join a team of three including a product marketing specialist. The product marketing manager will collaborate with the product marketing specialist and work cross-functionally, unifying and motivating peers from different teams to ensure the success of all new product launches (e.g. product management, customer success, training, sales, and marketing).

Additionally, in this role, you will focus on three key areas (GTM positioning, adoption and messaging). 

You will:

    • Develop ideal customer profiles, personas, GTM positioning and messaging for Logixboard target markets 
    • Own, support and execute our product content development to support external-facing teams
    • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to share with stakeholders
    • Plan and lead the launch of new products and releases, while working cross-functionally in the implementation of the GTM plans
    • Partner with Product to influence and communicate roadmap
    • Partner with the growth marketing team on GTM campaign tactics and initiatives. 
    • Own, support and execute our product content development to support external-facing teams
    • Own, monitor and report GTM launch success and product adoption metrics 
    • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to share with stakeholders 
    • Collaborate with product and sales to determine pricing and packaging models 
    • Educate and support internal stakeholders on new product feature releases as it relates to enablement, timelines, messaging, audience, etc.

We're looking for:

    • 5+ years’  of product-focused  marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology markets. At least 2 years being responsible for product marketing functions at a SaaS company.
    • Highly autonomous-must be able to take initiative and execute with minimal supervision.
    • Deep understanding of product marketing & growth levers to increase customer engagement, product adoption and upsell opportunities. 
    • Results-oriented, with focus on the art and science of marketing to create the ideal customer experience that translates to growth
    • Strong collaboration and teamwork. We win by working together, challenging each other to create, innovate and blow our goals out of the water. 
    • Curiosity. You are always looking for new ways to drive growth through marketing. You are open to feedback, empower your team to grow and seek out development opportunities for both you and your team. (Good news, we provide that for you through annual learning and a development budget) 
    • Not afraid to fail forward. As a fast-growing start up, we are constantly learning, iterating and evolving our go-to-market strategies. You are comfortable making quick pivots and focus on progress over perfection.

    • The salary range for this role is $112,995 - $136,710, plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on 1) relevant experience, knowledge, and skills, as demonstrated through the interview process, 2) by considering parity with current LXB team members, and 3) current market data.
