Get in on the ground floor at a top, fast-paced startup and help solve a huge challenge for product managers and developers: understanding customer experience. We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join the growth marketing team at LogRocket. As our sales teams continue to grow, our Account Based Marketing program is quickly becoming one of LogRocket's most important go to market strategies, and we need your help growing it.

About the Role

As the next member of the growth team, your focus will be on sales-driven ABM campaigns, including: direct mail, email, virtual & in-person field, and more. Cross-functional project management skills and the ability to maintain complex timelines are key to success in this role.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic ABM practitioner who can help execute and optimize existing programs while continuing to test and experiment with new channels. This role involves close collaboration with our sales teams, so strong communication and organizational skills are must-have. 

Responsibilities

    • Project management of sales-driven ABM campaigns across channels including email, direct mail, and field
    • Manage the creation and distribution of ABM collateral to our SDR and AE teams
    • Write and refine email copy for our SDR and AE teams
    • Continually experiment to optimize existing campaigns and prove the validity of new channels

About You

    • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
    • An understanding of B2B marketing, ABM programs, and SaaS sales
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
    • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe CC 

Bonus Points For...

    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
    • Startup experience
    • Any advanced knowledge of photo/video editing is a plus
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams
