Full Time
Get in on the ground floor at one of Boston's top startups and help us solve a huge challenge for developers and product teams: understanding the customer experience. LogRocket is the first system that gives these teams complete visibility into their customer's experience using their web apps — through pixel-perfect replays of user sessions and clear insight into logs, errors, and network activity. We've already attracted an elite roster of customers — such as Reddit, Bloomberg, and NBC — and recently raised an $15M Series B to continue building a world-class product and team.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as the Event Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all deliverables and event logistics for LogRocket-sponsored conferences and trade shows. You'll be extremely hands-on, working directly with event vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful sponsorships from start to finish. As the Event Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in generating new business for our sales team and continuing to grow the LogRocket brand.

    • Confirm travel and lodging logistics for conference attendees
    • Ensure successful setup and breakdown of LogRocket-sponsored booths
    • Oversee design, creation, and delivery of all LogRocket marketing materials
    • Track conference budgets, expenses, KPIs, and ROI
    • Explore new conference opportunities and help build annual event schedule
    • Experiment with creative solutions for increasing conference ROI

About you

    • 3+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
    • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on strict deadlines
    • Experience managing several projects at once
    • Customer service experience; ability to handle stressful situations professionally
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Willingness to travel (40 percent) and work flexible hours

Benefits and perks

    • Extensive health, dental, and vision benefits paid for by us, along with 401k and commuter benefits
    • Generous stock options — we all get to own a piece of what we’re building
    • Regular team outings and activities (craft nights, boat cruises, excursions out of the city, and many more)
    • Flexible working hours and location
    • Ample opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-mode startup
