Logz.io provides the world’s most popular open-source log analysis platform, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana), as a simple, fast, secure and scalable service on the cloud. We are customer obsessed, work hard and have a team culture that is both entrepreneurial, professional and fun.
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team. In this role you must demonstrate high professional skills, fast technology adoption, and ability to work in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Team up with Sales to gather, collect, and document technical, product, and contract requirements regarding the customer’s purchase(s) of Logz io products
- Provide support by taking ownership for customer issues from initial contact to resolution including troubleshooting the issue, determining root cause and ensuring that the customer understands the resolution
- Partner with the Engineering, Development and Product teams to resolve customer issues
- Participate in the QA process of current and new products/services and work frequently with product and engineering teams to address opportunities and product enhancements
- Contribute to the development of our implementation and support policies and procedures
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Must have 3+ years of technical client-facing experience
- Excellent time management and strong organization skills
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
- Must thrive at working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment while working independently
- Explore new technologies and tools to maintain cutting edge solutions
- Working with partners to define integrated solutions
- Experience and knowledge in Cloud services – Azure, AWS, and GCP (at least one)
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, good writing skills
