Logz is looking for a highly experienced Senior Bookkeeper to Join our team! 
This role will report to the company’s Director of Finance .

What will you do:

    • Daily bank reconciliations
    • AP cycle management: record invoices, prepare payments, and reconciliations
    • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing procedures and reconciliation
    • Control and manage the Vat reporting processPerform accounting transactions pertaining to vendor payments, costs, financial items, financial housekeeping, settlements, claims and recovery.
    • Support with vendor accounts management process including vendor payments and documents set up on NetSuite, reconciliation, voice and feedback support.
    • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations, locally and consolidated.
    • Assist in the revenue and billing side of the company - issuing invoices to customers.
    • Fixed Assets, inter-company-  invoices and reconciliations

What we’re looking for:

    • 8-10  years of experience in a similar role preferred (tech company)
    • Experience in NetSuite -  Must
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills and strong attention to details
    • Must have experience in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) and G Suite
    • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Balance Sheet reconciliation experience
    • Excellent knowledge of AP and AR processes
    • High-level English (both spoken and written)Work well under pressure and multitask effectively
    • Strong attention to details
    • Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
