Base Pay: 55,000/ year. Ability to make well over $80,000 with bonus

An Inside Sales Representative with Long Home Products plays a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting the best products that suits their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by nurturing leads, providing advice, and closing deals!

Responsibilities:

·         Contact potential customers by phone to discuss our various home renovation products.

·         Build and maintain a strong a strong knowledge of our home improvement products and services.

·         Conduct needs assessment to identify customers requirements and recommend solutions.

·         Collaborate with the sales management team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

·         Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, etc in our CRM system.

·         Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive rapport.

Qualifications:

·         Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills

·         Proven experience in a sales role, home improvement sales experience a plus
