Description

As an HR Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner to the HR team and hiring managers. You will be a key member of the HR team that will have a focus to adhering to and improving internal processes and so much more. You will also help manage the schedule coordination and prompt communication ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities:

    • Support daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
    • Partner with hiring managers to schedule candidates and ensure thorough coordination and proactive communication with candidate throughout candidate lifecycle
    • Assist with payroll processing, including resolving employee inquiries, correcting processing errors, and distributing paychecks
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including handling paperwork and organizing orientation programs.
    • Assist with recruiting projects such as the intern program and event planning
    • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
    • Execute and deliver on internal process improvements to drive effectiveness and efficiencies for the company
    • Manage and organize data in a way that makes it reliable and consumable and allows the team to make insightful decisions
    • Create systems and processes that keep the team organized and armed with information
    • Develop HR communications and materials in support of company-wide initiatives
    • Ensure employee records are updated and maintained in a timely and accurate manner
    • Manage vendors, contracts, and invoices on behalf of the HR team, collaborating with cross-functional partners, such as Finance and Legal  
    • Interface with all levels of employees and handle initial intake of employee concerns

Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
    • 1+ year HR or similar experience

    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook 

Additional Requirements:

    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
    • Ability to use a computer to complete assignments
    • Ability to communicate with individuals and groups in person, by phone and telepresence
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in an office environment
$28 - $34 an hour
This is the lowest to highest compensation range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
