We are looking for a customer-oriented residential sales representative. A Residential Sales Representative, or RSR, is a unique and exciting role responsible for generating sales. This includes sales campaigns through door-to-door efforts, networking, local partnerships, and community-based events. Will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. We believe there is much more to an internet company than just delivering fast cost-effective internet solutions; we believe in delivering an overall customer experience that our competitors simply cannot match. The best RSRs are genuinely excited about our products and what we're building and can effectively convey that to residents in order to convert sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Drive creative sales strategies that will increase awareness and penetration in the residential community
    • Door to door sales
    • Host events in an effort to get customers to signup for Loop Internet services.
    • Build and manage relationships with landlords to facilitate tenant signups.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance expectations
    • Collaborate with Marketing team on offer strategy & communication, collateral material creation & distribution
    • Monitor industry developments in order to develop strategic sales strategies

Qualifications

    • 6+ months of sales and/or customer service experience
    • Must have access to reliable transportation
    • Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and have the ability to handle rejection in the selling process well
    • Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner
    • Must be able to pass local community background checks and permitting processes
    • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
    • Ability to deal with public in a professional manner

$30,000 - $50,000 a year
$30,000 to $50,000 Annually, plus an annual target commission of $40,000
