We are looking for a detail-oriented full time Human Resources Generalist/Staff Accountant. In this entry level combination role, reporting to our Controller, you will assist with various important tasks and projects. This includes providing support to our Human Resources department, our Accounting department, our General Manager, and our CEO.

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing incoming invoices by reviewing them for accuracy.
- Ensuring vendors are setup in the system for payment processing.
- Ensuring invoices are properly coded for processing by Accounting.
- Fielding incoming inquiries regarding vendor orders and invoice payments.
- Assist with account receivables.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Assist with budget compliance monitoring.
- Monitoring and ordering necessary office supplies for our office locations and warehouses.
- Assist Human Resources with employee onboarding and termination tasks.
- Ensuring employees complete necessary paperwork, policy reviews, training tasks, etc.
- Assist with data entry into Loop’s customer system and accounting systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist the General Manager, CEO, and managers with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings & events, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of staffing including job postings, interviews, offer letters, etc.
- Assist with coordinating annual employee performance evaluations.
- Prepare reports and perform analysis of data for various projects.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- General understanding of Accounting and Human Resource concepts required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be accountable and dependable.
- Previous experience working with fiber optic networks and related technologies in the telecommunications industry desired but not required.
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
