We are seeking a talented and experienced Revenue Systems Lead to join our team. The Revenue Systems Lead will play a key role in managing and optimizing our revenue systems, including Salesforce and other related platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, system administration, and process improvement, with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability. This role will report to the leader of Revenue Operations.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Manage and administer our revenue systems, including Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user adoption.
    • Implementation and maintenance of Salesforce customizations including CPQ configuration, custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance and IT to optimize revenue processes and workflows.
    • Identify and implement system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Lead systems upgrades, migrations and other projects as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
    • Provide training and support to users to maximize the effectiveness of revenue systems.
    • Develop and maintain documentation of revenue system processes, procedures and best practices.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in revenue systems and recommend improvements to enhance our operations.

What You'll Bring to the Team

    • 5+ years experience in revenue operations or system administration in the SaaS industry.
    • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration.
    • Experience with other revenue-related systems and tools, such as CPQ, BI Tools, and data management platforms.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Salesforce Certification preferred.
    • Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce.com customization projects from end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solution design and development, and finally working with stakeholders to roll out the solution to their teams.

    • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have two Hub Regions, which means that employees live and work within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario) or Vancouver (within British Columbia) and work within regular business hours in their timezone. 
    • Loopio’s office headquarters are located in Toronto’s vibrant Kensington Market. All Loopers have the option to work from home. Ontario Loopers have the option to work in the Toronto HQ and BC Loopers may work from our co-working office in Gastown Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
    • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually (we’re just a Zoom call away!) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
