About the Role

We’re looking for an analytically minded, passionate, and customer obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. Loopio’s vision is a world where every company can harness their collective brainpower to fuel their growth, and as a Senior Product Manager, you’ll have a chance to make a huge impact on bringing that vision to life within the Loopio platform.  This Senior Product Manager role will be focused on helping our customers automate their RFP responses.  Automation is one of the key pillars of the Loopio platform and we need a strong Senior Product Manager to create and drive the product strategy that makes it easy for customers to discover and find relevant content.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Create and drive a bold, ambitious product strategy, while working with both UX and Engineering to translate that strategy into actionable requirements with clear success criteria
    • Work alongside our UX Design team; represent the customer's voice during the ideation, validation, and iteration stages of product development
    • Work closely with our Machine Learning and Software Engineering teams to incorporate technical feedback early and often; collaborate on explorations into customer data
    • Drive a lean and agile development process; define meaningful sprint cycles, and run constant data-driven experiments
    • Collaborate with our Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to gather information about current and prospective customer pains; keep the product roadmap lines of communication open
    • Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to identify customer problems and opportunities; use your insights to guide the product to where it will be positioned to stand out from competitors and deliver the most value to our customers
    • Define and own the measurable success metrics for each of your initiatives; drive product development against those metrics

What You Bring to the Team

    • 5+ years work experience in product management, shipping successful products with a heavy machine learning focus (Search, NLP)
    • Strong experience with lean and agile product development; you can validate concepts and bring features to market quickly, and iterate intelligently based on customer feedback
    • Experience with design thinking and user-centric design; you know how to take an empathetic approach to learn about your customers' goals and pain points, and to discover new product opportunities
    • Eyes on the road ahead; you're a strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term objectives against a long-term roadmap
    • Unmatched analytical skills, and experience making data-driven decisions
    • Solid technical understanding and experience in machine learning and software development; you don't write code, but you are comfortable discussing technical product details with engineers and you know the right questions to ask
    • An engaging speaker and a persuasive writer; you can communicate complex ideas with simplicity, and can rally people behind your vision
    • An obsession with learning; you’ve read the books, taken courses, and are hungry for the latest research about what it takes to develop and maintain a world-class B2B SaaS platform

Where You'll Work

    • Right now, we’re all working from home, but when it’s safe to do so again, you’ll have the option of working where you work best
    • Do you want to work in an office most days, when public health restrictions lift? You’ll have that opportunity to hot-desk out of our beautiful Kensington Market office
    • Do you want to work from home most of the time? Sounds great - we’re all a Zoom call away.
    • You’ll collaborate with your team largely remotely. And you’ll also make in-person connections: at company events, sales kick offs, or for full-team meetings

Why You'll Love Working at Loopio

    • You’ll have tons of autonomy and responsibility; we have a results-driven environment
    • You’ll learn more than you thought was possible; our team is obsessed with personal and professional growth
    • You’ll have a piece of the pie; every Loopio employee participates in our stock option plan
    • You’ll participate in a health and benefits plan that kicks in on day one
    • The career growth opportunities are endless at a successful, high-growth company
    • You’ll be a part of Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 list 2019 and the Fast 500 list 2019!
