About the Role:

Loopio is growing its sales team! As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our Account Executive team deliver a world-class sales experience by leveling up our trial program. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and has a passion for leveraging technology to positively impact the sales cycle!

In this role, you will report to our Sales Enablement leader and play an important role in helping our potential customers unlock the full value of the Loopio platform.

What You'll be Doing

    • Become a Loopio product expert and become the go-to person for any sales questions about the use, implementation, and support of the Loopio Platform
    • Assist Account Executives on calls with potential customers to effectively scope and then deliver an amazing trial experience 
    • Support our sales team as they configure and launch a trial for a potential customer to drive a remarkable experience and highlight the impact the Loopio Platform provides
    • Partner with our Product and Product Marketing team to uncover ways to constantly improve our trial experience by focusing on configuration, customization, and scalability with the ultimate goal of increasing our win rate
    • Own the configuration of new demo sites and ensure our customer demos are always providing a high-level of value by keeping demo sites up to date and consistent
    • Work closely with our Sales Enablement leader and other key teams to ensure our sales team is equipped to effectively sell our evolving solution by helping to create and run consistent product training focused on customer value
    • Play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Loopio Platform by acting as a liaison between the Sales and Product teams to provide sales feedback related to the development of new features

What You'll Bring to the Team

    • 0-2 years experience working in presales, sales, solutions consulting, customer experience/onboarding role, preferably working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
    • Proven interest in technology with the ability to pick up new software very quickly
    • Understanding and exposure to the RFP response process is a plus
    • Strong training, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment full of highly motivated and excited team members

    • Right now, we’re all working from home, but when it’s safe to do so again, you’ll have the option of working where you work best
    • Do you want to work in an office most days, when public health restrictions lift? You’ll have that opportunity to hot-desk out of our beautiful Kensington Market office
    • Do you want to work from home most of the time? Sounds great - we’re all a Zoom call away.
    • You’ll collaborate with your team largely remotely. And you’ll also make in-person connections: at company events, sales kick offs, or for full-team meetings
