Cradle is developing technology to press pause on biological time, for those who need it most. We're hiring a full-time Research Associate to support our Molecular Development team. You will work directly with senior staff to evaluate novel cryoprotective agents.

Requirements:
- B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or a related field, with 1-2 years of independent research experience
- Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques like molecular cloning, gel electrophoresis, histology, and microscopy
- Experience maintaining mammalian cell cultures, ideally in the context of high-throughput screening
- Knowledge of common readouts for cell-based assays, including spectrophotometry and flow cytometry
- Strong scientific intuition and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced, rapidly evolving priorities
- Bias toward action
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using automated liquid handlers
- Experience designing, building, and using microfluidic devices
- Proficiency in Python-based data analysis, using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Plotly or Matplotlib, and Jupyter notebooks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), Git version control, and the Linux command line
