About the Role
The Director of Product Marketing at Lovepop is responsible for owning and optimizing the Lovepop.com site experience — our most important product. This leader will treat the website as their product, driving customer discovery, purchase, and subscription conversion. They will own digital merchandising, guide UX strategy, and ensure that Lovepop.com is optimized for performance, narrative coherence, and user delight.

This role will lead our Vietnam-based UX and merchandising teams and work closely with engineering, creative, and marketing stakeholders across global time zones. In addition to site ownership, this leader will collaborate on the go-to-market strategy for Lovepop’s subscription platform and execute against seasonal and evergreen omni-channel campaigns that create emotional resonance and connection with our customers.

The ideal candidate is a strong product thinker with deep e-commerce experience who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments. They bring a sharp eye for user experience, a bias toward action, and a systems mindset that enables high-impact execution with lean teams. This is a growth role — ideal for someone eager to scale their impact beyond execution into true product ownership and organizational leadership.
