Lovepop is on a mission to create one billion magical moments and is the best place in the world for hungry, creative problem-solvers.  We are looking for a talented acquisition marketing analyst to join the consumer marketing team, responsible for driving customer acquisition via key performance marketing channels (Facebook, Search Engine, Display) with the goal of maximizing growth within efficiency targets.

What you'll do here:

    • Own marketing channel roadmaps, managing internal cross-functional partnerships and external strategic partnerships with vendors to test new growth products and advertising tools
    • Identify, size, and execute against new opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Leverage analytical toolkit to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems
    • Manage day to day operations of acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns across Facebook and Display
    • Launch ads to drive new initiatives and optimize existing ads across key dimensions (bid strategy, placement, audience, design treatments, headline and body copy, landing page, etc.)
    • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders

What you'll bring to the table:

    • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or social science major (e.g. math, statistics, computer science, economics) with an excellent academic record
    • 3+ years of professional experience with a background in digital marketing
    • Experience building and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, Google, or other advertising networks required
    • Proven record of strong performance and driving impact in a highly dynamic environment
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to persuasively and concisely communicate complex ideas in both written and verbal manner
    • Strategic thinker with an ownership mindset and bias towards action
    • Proficiency in Excel; experience with analytical tools such as SQL, R, and Python
