    • You are able to communicate options, risks and benefits of various approaches in a clear and concise manner
    • You demonstrate adaptability, creativity and are a high performer in risk-assessment and strategic thinking
    • You are comfortable managing others- laterally, up, and potentially direct reports
    • You are detail oriented, disciplined, naturally seek ownership and responsibility, and are happy working on a mix of the fascinating and the mundane
    • You love to learn and excited to self-teach random topics as relevant to the company and projects
    • You have the ability to meet or beat rapid deadlines and work well under pressure
    • You have a growth mindset, value transparency, and seek out feedback and iteration cycles
    • Having familiarity with G suite applications (e.g., Sheets, Slides, etc.) is a bonus

About you:

    • You have 10+ years of hands-on formulation experience (tablets, capsules, and other solid oral delivery forms)
    • Having experience of injectable and long-acting formulations is a benefit but not essential.
    • You have significant experience managing CDMOs or equivalent
    • You have industry expertise in key CMC areas, including small molecule oral tablet formulation development, technical transfers, scale up and manufacturing.
