LPA is seeking a passionate Talent Development Specialist to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and master planners. You will be involved with people from across our organization, from our CEO to the most recent new hire. You will be involved in day-to-day management of many areas, including talent development and hiring, professional development and more. Every day is different!
  
You will be working with Project Leaders, Directors and Principals in the studio and across the firm. We are looking to you to look at ways to identify top talent, think critically, and manage the overall recruiting lifecycle for multiple roles at LPA.

What you will do:

    • Partner with Principals, Directors, and the Human Resources team to create, implement and execute strategies to attract top talent to LPA
    • Manage and oversee full-cycle recruitment including qualifying requisitions, sourcing, screening, selection, interview coordination management, and offer extension
    • Specialize in the recruitment of entry level positions and internships. Attend career fairs and build relationships with key individuals at target universities.
    • Oversee career fairs at LPA including career fair sign up, communication to representatives attending career fairs and develop appropriate career fair materials (backdrops, giveaways, booth materials)
    • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams which includes booking a location, gathering and sharing relevant materials (work samples, portfolio, resume), and confirming pertinent interview information with prospective candidates.
    • Craft and post job descriptions for open roles within our ATS
    • Review and select candidates within our internal applicant tracking system
    • Analyze and leverage recruiting data to influence decision-making and identify opportunities for improvements

Talent Development Specialist Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Must be an effective communicator at all levels and enjoy working in a team environment
    • Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Experience in the AEC industry preferred
    • Adaptable, collaborative, self-starter, and detail oriented
    • Proven capabilities to recruit and manage the recruiting process for technical positions
    • Background in building relationships with managers and ability to manage the requisition lifecycle
    • Strong task prioritization skills; ability to be given large amount of tasks and determine how to prioritize
    • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner according to established deadlines

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $93,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
