We are seeking a Developer to spearhead the advancement of our Data and Power Platform with a keen interest in full stack development. This role is crucial for enhancing business processes across financials, planning, HR, client relations, and project information management. This position is designed for individuals passionate about merging Microsoft Power Platform expertise with full stack development to drive LPA’s technology forward. 
 
The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in Power Platform Development, coupled with an adept understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Power Automate, Power Pages, and both Canvas and Modern Power Apps. Knowledge of full stack technologies, including C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and PHP, will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate business processes into tools that enhance efficiency and standardization across LPA. 
    • Engage in firmwide data initiatives, offering programming expertise and leadership during the development of new tool proofs of concept. 
    • Perform software administration duties, ensuring features are user-friendly and secure while addressing any potential vulnerabilities. 
    • Oversee software updates, develop new applications, maintain existing ones, and resolve any emerging issues. 
    • Document and instruct on processes and tools utilizing Azure DevOps, the company intranet, and business intelligence platforms. 

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of professional experience in supporting, administering, and enhancing applications and processes within the Power Platform ecosystem. 
    • Ability to excel in a collaborative environment. 
    • Strong communication, prioritization, and project management skills. 
    • Competence in data analysis and synthesis. 
    • Experience in delivering training and instructional content. 
    • Some travel may be required. 
    • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics ecosystem. 
    • Solid grounding in object-oriented programming and full stack development frameworks. 
    • Certification in Power Platform is advantageous. 
    • Understanding of UI/UX design principles. 
    • Knowledge of both structured and unstructured databases. 
    • Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $36/hour - $46/hour and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
