LPA is seeking a passionate Architectural Design Coordinator to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. What you will do:

    • You will be living and breathing the project from inception to completion and be able to turn your hand to all aspects of the project
    • The Design Coordinator will assist Project Architects, Project Designers and Project Managers in the execution of specific assignments
    • Prepare documentation and oversee documentation for design development and construction documents
    • Review and process construction administration documents
    • Organize research for product and construction methods related to projects
    • Partner with our other in-house disciplines on document coordination
    • Mentor-ship from project leaders and managing directors, provide mentorship to junior designers

Design Coordinator Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
    • 5+ years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
    • Actively pursuing architectural license (or already licensed) and LEED accreditation
    • Proficiency in Revit. Good knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
    • HCAI (OSHPD) experience preferred. Preferably HCAI I & 3.
    • Demonstrate independence, innovation, and vision with program, project design, and implementation
    • Commitment to pursue high quality construction documents

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $100,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
