LPA is seeking a passionate Landscape Architectural Design Coordinator to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our Irvine studio is continuing to grow, and you’ll have the opportunity to be a central part of our development. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across Texas and California. You will be working with design teams in the San Antonio studio and across the firm producing graphic presentations, renderings, and construction documents.

What you will do:

    • The Design Coordinator will assist Project Architects, Project Designers and Project Managers in the execution of specific assignments
    • Prepare documentation and oversee documentation for design development and construction documents
    • Review and process construction administration documents
    • Organize research for product and construction methods related to projects
    • Mentor-ship from project leaders and managing directors, provide mentorship to junior designers

Landscape Architectural Design Coordinator Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture
    • 5+ years of experience in all phases of Landscape architectural projects
    • Actively pursuing Landscape architectural license (or already licensed) and LEED accreditation
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD. Good knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
    • Confident in internal and external presentations
    • Enthusiastic commitment to coordinating the multidisciplinary design process
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Commitment to pursue high quality construction documents
    • Demonstrate independence, innovation and vision with program, project design and implementation

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $100,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
