Role Summary
We're looking for an ambitious, high-energy trailblazer to join Axon’s expansion team. In this role, you’ll support global sales initiatives, strategic outreach, and daily execution across our business development tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Notion). You’ll be a key contributor to growing our reach and shaping how brain health becomes part of wellness routines globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture B2B leads across healthcare, lifestyle, longevity, and AgeTech sectors
- Support the sales team in strategic outreach, using HubSpot and LinkedIn
- Tailor outreach with customized templates and campaign materials
- Track leads and opportunities in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Contribute to onboarding and client activation milestones
- Engage with industry content and support brand visibility
- Report monthly on successes, challenges, and new outreach ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or equivalent experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English (French a strong asset)
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Suite, Notion
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in writing and presenting
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time (Minimum 30 hours/week)
Contract Length: 6 or 12 months (to be confirmed)
Salary Range: $24.00 – $28.50/hour, depending on experience (to be confirmed)
Start Date: August 11, 2025 (flexible)
Location: Hybrid (Montreal-based office with remote flexibility)
