The Software Developer is responsible for full cycle design, development, and release of software to build, support, and enhance our suite of systems, platforms, and applications, including both home grown and third party.

Responsibilities

    • Participate in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software applications 
    • Seek innovative solutions to problems and make design and implementation recommendations. 
    • Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives. 
    • Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation. 
    • Collaborate with team members across projects to support departmental and organizational roadmaps. 
    • Plan, test and execute software version upgrade releases. 
    • Manage tasks to meet assigned project dates. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

    • Proficiency in frontend development with React and JavaScript 
    • Experience in working with a variety of 3rd party SDKs and APIs 
    • Experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server 
    • Experience with cloud technology such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred 
    • Experience building, customizing, or integrating features within contact center software platforms is plus 
    • Ability to work well independently
