Lucid is looking for a Human Resources professional to join our global team in our London office. This individual will work closely with the US HR team to foster a strong people culture that supports the values of Lucid and offers support to the employees of the teams based in EMEA and APAC. A successful candidate is well organized, self-confident, and good at communicating and maintaining relationships at all levels of an organization.

Talent Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with the US Talent Acquisition team on providing superb candidate and role owner experiences
    • Develop, optimise and implement innovative methods to attract and source top talent, building and maintaining passive and active talent pools for EMEA and APAC sales, operations, and technology positions
    • Craft thoughtful, informative and tailored outreach, inline with our employer brand, to send to prospective candidates
    • Utilise sourcing and recruitment data to inform sourcing strategies and decision making

People Responsibilities

    • In collaboration with the US People Team, identify, develop and maintain Lucid People initiatives, policies and procedures
    • Stay up to date with current and future employment and data protection regulations and implement appropriately across the business
    • Work closely with US People team to draft and maintain all employment contracts for Lucid EMEA and APAC employees
    • Produce & maintain people reporting including key People metrics, results of employee feedback, and more
    • Manage visa administration and employer sponsorship responsibilities
    • Handle employee relations issues as they arise
    • Work with providers of benefits, payroll and other people resources to assure employee needs are met and records and documentation are up to date
    • Support the culture of the workspace by providing support to a small, but fast growing office

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience primarily focused on Recruiting and HR Generalist experience, preferably in a start-up or high-growth company
    • Knowledge of important HR compliance issues and employment laws
    • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; most importantly a proven track record of learning technology fast and improving on current systems and processes
    • Experience at a technology company and sourcing a variety of talent, but especially technology roles is a plusPayroll, benefits and HRIS experience preferred
    • High degree of emotional intelligence and strong relationship management skills requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
    • Eager to try new things, run with projects and work independently
    • A high degree of proficiency with Excel and other MS Office productivity tools
    • Strong commitment to continuous improvement
