As the Manager, Internal Communications (Sales), you will lead efforts including content creation, knowledge base management, and internal communications for our rapidly growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to create clear, concise, and easily searchable articles and guides to answer various questions.

The ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly and thrive within a fast-paced environment. In addition to the daily requests for message creation, this person will also need to think big and focus on scalable processes and solutions that not only drive results today but support a long-term focus on surprising and delighting customers.

The Role

    • Create and edit content (FAQs & talking points) to develop a thorough knowledge base by leveraging subject matter experts throughout the organization
    • Design, develop, and manage Lucid’s knowledge base and content calendar
    • Partner with teams including, but not limited to: Product, Marketing, Design, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to develop customer-facing communications that aligns with new products, features, new business processes, and more
    • Create and manage dynamic distribution lists and other internal communication channels to enable rapid dissemination of information
    • Proactively develop standards, processes, and best practices for rapid content creation and communications
    • Gather, analyze, report, and implement improvements to communications channels and related resources based on performance data and feedback
    • Ensure all communications are on-brand, consistent, high quality, and are optimized for clarity/user experience
    • Interact and work closely with Senior Leadership to determine specific messaging needs to align communication goals with department objectives


    • 8+ years of experience in content and communication strategy with experience in automotive preferred
    • Experience using analytics to determine communication and content management effectiveness
    • Experience administering and managing a content management system / knowledge base
    • Exceptional writing skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and subject matter, in order to transfer this expertise in a digestible way
    • Extreme ownership of communications and content to support end users at all stages of the employee journey
    • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
