About the Team
The Partner Sales team is responsible for developing and nurturing new and existing business partnerships.  We support field sales as needed to drive additional value into active opportunities. We develop and execute partner go-to-market plans, facilitate training, support sales engagements, and work collaboratively to extend Lucidworks’ partners’ ecosystems and revenue.

About the Role
In this role you will gain broad knowledge about  technologies and services in the Cloud and SaaS space. You will gain deep insight into how Lucidworks works collaboratively with other technology solutions and service providers to create new products and solve customer problems.

The role is based in the United States. Actual Location is flexible however up to 50% travel may be required once it is safe to do so.

You will:

    • Work with marketing to drive campaigns into specific market segments and execute go-to-market plans; create and execute new plans as needed
    • Support partner business through joint end-user meetings, training, seminars & presentations 
    • Manage leads driven from partnership, aligning with sales, marketing
    • Attend and participate in tradeshows as necessary (including virtual)
    • Work as part of a global sales team toward reaching revenue goals

You have:

    • BA/BS Degree in Business, or a related program, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
    • 3-5+ years in Partnerships, strategic account management, or other related roles in technology sales
    • working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs
    • knowledge of Cloud or SaaS technologies
