What You’ll Do
The Experience Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing amenity spaces and conferencing across two corporate office buildings. Oversight of conferencing will include receiving intake requests, hosting walkthroughs and tours with tenants, arrange furniture set up and catering details, and bringing the highest level of hospitality and customer service to every interaction. The right candidate will have extreme attention to detail, be highly organized, have great time and project management skills, and strong professional communication skills.

How You'll Do It

    • Manage intake requests for conference bookings + coordinate bookings calendar across both buildings
    • Manage day-to-day technical and operational needs of second floor conference and lounge space
    • Manage full scope of amenity reservations including conference room bookings and private rentals (agreements, security deposits, enforcing of rules & regulations, pre/post walkthroughs, etc.)
    • Assist tenants with conference room preparation (i.e. catering, AV support, ensure smooth guest check-in, etc.)
    • Anticipate tenant needs and preferences to provide them with personalized solutions + offer surprise and delight moments to improve tenant experiences
    • Provide tailored recommendations for dining (team outings, corporate dinners, date night), corporate gifting, conference/meeting catering options, etc.
    • Support the Tenant Experience Director in the execution of creative tenant programming/events 
    • Work as a collaborative business partner to our on-site client teams

Key Competencies

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear and effective communication and dissemination of information. Understand and follow the process for communication, and how and when information is shared.
    • Detail Oriented: Pay close attention to detail on all projects. Work submitted is high-quality with little to no errors.
    • Organization and task management: Prioritize work and effectively delegate tasks. Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Customer centric: Meets and exceeds customer needs. Displays service excellence and hospitality mindset always.

Desired Skills & Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in concierge services, event management, and/or hospitality industry
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Google suite and MS Office (Word and Excel)
    • Ability to work with all levels of staffing, management and clientele
    • A proven track record in delivering high end customer service
    • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
    • Experience working in amenity management within commercial sites a plus
$70,001 - $80,000 a year
