Assistant Fitness Manager, Residential

What You’ll Do
The Assistant Fitness Manager will help manage the operation of a fitness center and pool within assigned luxury residential buildings. This role will split its time between two residential properties that are across the street from one another.

Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide support to the Fitness Manager, Residential
    • Lead both group and private sessions
    • Instruct scheduled fitness classes of different fitness levels 
    • Perform fitness assessment, equipment orientations, and prescribe exercise plans based on individual and group levels
    • Help to develop educational and promotional materials to encourage wellness and fitness activities to residents 
    • Track and monitor key performance outcomes relating to resident wellness and fitness programs
    • Help build client base by fostering relationships with residents, promoting wellness and encouraging them to be more physically active

Desired Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience as an instructor
    • Group fitness certification(s)
    • CPR certification
    • Excellent customer service skills
