About the role:   

Lumafield is growing fast and in order to support our growth, we are looking for a People Ops Coordinator to join our team. As a People Ops Coordinator you will support the People team on all program management related to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Manager Training, Employee Engagement and more. This role will be an integral part of the People team, critical to supporting Lumafield as we continue to scale.

The Job

    • Take ownership of the teams metric tracking - keeping data clean and presentable
    • Own the employee onboarding experience from offer acceptance to first day orientation
    • Assist in off-boarding coordination
    • Provide key support and coordination on various People & Culture programs ensuring an amazing employee experience
    • Act as first point of contact for day to day questions and inquiries from employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality where appropriate
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner coordinating all onsite and virtual interview activities 
    • Oversee, manage, and expand our campus program
    • Support our workplace management team to ensure a terrific onsite employee experience, assist in company event planning, and general office support
    • Provide backup coverage for other team members as needed  (e.g. planned and unplanned time off)

This opportunity is based out of our company HQ in the Boston, MA area.  You may be required to travel occasionally to Lumafield’s San Francisco office, depending on local, state, and federal regulations and recommendations pertaining to COVID-19.
