Luma is looking for a full-time (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This role will report directly to the Finance Lead with a dotted line to the Chief Operations Officer.  The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in data analytics and ideally some experience in operations.

You can:

    • Prepare month-end management reporting for delivery to CEO/COO
    • Prepare quarterly cost reporting for review with divisional leads
    • Work closely with the Finance Lead and COO to support strategic and investment planning and analysis
    • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify operational risks and opportunities
    • Work cross-functionally to draw conclusions and implement solutions to organizational challenges
    • Perform such other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time

You have:

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
    • Experience with Sage Intacct a plus
    • A degree in finance or accounting, MBA preferred
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in FP&A
    • The ability to work independently and identify next steps with little direction
    • A detail-oriented approach to tasks
    • Excellent communication skills
