The Manager of Sales Enablement supports the success of our Sales team. They provide a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures that our new Sales team members have a deep understanding of Lumivero, our products, and our customers. They work cross-functionally to provide tools and training on products, verticals, and new features. They create content and other enablement materials to ensure our client-facing teams have what they need to reach our customers. They will work with leadership to plan Sales events including our annual Sales Kick Off and midyear accelerator events. 
The ideal Manager of Sales Enablement is passionate about supporting the growth and success of the Sales team. They are an effective communicator who can deliver engaging live and virtual presentations to groups of all sizes. A keen collaborator, they build relationships within the Sales team and cross-functionally to drive alignment and success. 
This role is full-time, exempt and will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales. This role is fully remote in the USA with some travel to team events expected, approximately 5%.  

Key Responsibilities

    • New Sales Hire Onboarding
    • Execute the onboarding program for new Sales hires, focusing on building foundational knowledge of Lumivero, the product suite, verticals, and user personas. 
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track programming success and inform changes and updates. Assess effectiveness using KPIs including ramp-up time, productivity, quota attainment, retention, engagement scores, etc. Collaborate with leadership to iterate on program contents and delivery.
    • Ongoing Development and Success
    • Contribute to determining priorities and directions with Sales leadership and key internal partners. Align sales enablement and training plans to drive success towards objectives and goals. 
    • Develop and deliver educational content for ongoing training to equip teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to actively engage buyers, close deals, and meet revenue targets. 
    • Support the integration of newly acquired product solutions by developing and delivering enablement content covering key features, value propositions, target user personas, and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Sales Enablement and Content Creation
    • Serve as administrator for sales enablement tech stack. Ensure that all team members have access to the tools they need and are using them to their fullest potential. Ensure tech stack is effectively integrated into the sales process. Research and recommend new solutions as needed. 
    • Maintain the Lumivero Sales playbook. Recommend updates based on leadership priorities and customer or market trends.
    • Manage collateral for sales staff including case studies, presentations, customer testimonials, etc. Ensure information is up to date, organized, and accessible to all Sales associates. 
    • Cross-Functional Enablement Collaboration
    • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Collaborate closely with all client-facing teams to ensure consistent go-to-market approach and strategy alignment. 
    • Partner with Human Resources to support a positive associate experience throughout the employee lifecycle, starting with seamless onboarding through development and retention. 
    • Support Sales Events & Achievement Programs
    • Assist with the planning and execution of the annual Sales Kick Off and mid-year accelerator events. 
    • Support the Lumivero Summit Club. Collaborate with leadership to determine rewards and recognition for team members who achieve Summit Club designation. 

Required Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or related field. Can substitute equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. 
    • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in high performance sales organizations.
    • Minimum of 3 years in sales enablement, operations, or learning and development. 
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. 
    • Proven success developing and delivering sales training programs. 
    • Proficient with products including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo
    • Demonstrated skill at collaborating cross functionally. Able to build relationships and trust with stakeholders and key collaborators. 
    • Experience with event planning and execution.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to navigate quick pivots and changes.  

Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Experience working in a private equity-backed and/or acquisitive SaaS firm. 
    • Experience supporting global, remote-first teams. 
    • Certification in sales enablement, learning and development, or another relevant field.
