About the Team The Technology team is the backbone that develops Lumivero's product vision for our customers by working closely with the product team. Working across a diverse technology landscape, from desktop to SaaS applications, the team employs a rigorous methodology and adheres to industry best practices. By creating first-rate products, the team pioneers an innovative field, continually integrating cutting-edge technologies to ensure high quality standards. 
 
About the Role 
The Team Lead for Product Development is at the helm of our engineering initiatives, dedicated to supporting our initiatives that align with our customers' demands. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in empowering our engineering team to excel. This role is crucial for harmonizing product innovation, and operational effectiveness, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our objectives in product development. As aTeam Lead, youwill drive our commitment to excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical professionals. 
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 
    • Manage onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations. 
    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. 
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. 
    • Set milestones, coordinate between teams, manage risks, and maintain quality standards. Facilitate collaboration within engineering teams and with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management). 
    • Ensure alignment and integration of efforts. 
    • Optimize engineering infrastructure, systems and processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability. 
    • Advocate for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and work quality.

Required Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • At least 5 years of experience in software development, systems administration, or network operations.
    • Strong problem-solving skills 
    • Excellent time management abilities 
    • Experience with Agile development principles and practices, especially Scrum 
    • Expertise in system design and advanced architectural principles 
    • Proficiency in the following technologies and programming languages: Windows, Excel, VB6 and VBA, .NET, C#, Azure DevOps, DevExpress Framework, VMWare
