Lumosity is a brain training program with over 85 million users and 4.4 billion games played. In addition to improving Lumosity, we’re also creating new products that combine science, engineering and design to help people form better sleep habits, practice mindfulness, and more.

A key strategy for maintaining our blistering user growth is to expand aggressively worldwide and to spread our message across a variety of marketing channels. That's where you come in.


    • Design and manage organization­ wide user acquisition strategy and execution
    • Drive and manage paid advertising and media buys across online and offline channels
    • Perform deep analysis of marketing spend across various channels (display, search, TV, radio, print, etc.) to learn and identify the most effective strategies
    • Weigh in on advertising creative based on test data, cultural attitudes, and national regulations
    • Share your learnings by leading meetings with executives and product managers
    • Work in teams within an intimate, fast startup environment and wear many hats
    • Manage and establish key partnerships with related organizations for co-marketing purposes
    • Manage a team and budget to optimize the acquisition of new subscribers cost-effectively
    • Facilitate the creation and management of testing platforms that allow marketing to test price, product, promotion and placement variations
    • Initiate efforts in conducting analyses and using the data to make actionable decisions


    • 5+ years of relevant work experience with user acquisition marketing or similar fields (preferably in the consumer internet space)
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical discipline (Statistics, Finance, Economics, CS, Engineering, etc.)
    • Expertise in using Excel, SQL and Google suite of applications, presentation and layout
    • Data-driven - a rockstar analyst that can turn raw data extracts into beautiful insights
    • Effective at working with large data sets to conduct analyses that measure channel success (cohort analysis, LTV)
    • Terrific customer insights and empathy to connect marketing to customer experiences, thus creating value for consumers while capturing value for the business
    • Strong project management and strategic partnership skills to drive marketing campaigns with external partners
    • Experienced manager able to hire and develop a marketing and acquisitions team
    • Proven ability to work effectively across a wide range of internal teams, and produce in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity or background in subscription marketing preferred
