The Therapist Network Associate at Luna is a unique opportunity for PT or PTA who understand the realities of patient care and believe in Luna's ability to the experience for both therapists and patients. This entry to mid level inside sales oriented role is perfect for someone early in their nonclinical career transition. You'll engage prospective therapists, introducing them to the Luna model, and invite them to join our growing network of 3,000+ Physical Therapists across 55 metro areas - building meaningful, lasting connections along the way!
You’ll support pipeline strategy and activity management, improving conversions from first outreach through PT activation.
Working closely with Marketing, Physician Relations, Therapist Success, and Credentialing, you’ll help align therapist recruitment with demand and ensure a smooth onboarding experience — aiming to activate new PTs within 30 days. As part of a corporate team of eight—all licensed PTs in non-treating sales roles—you’ll report to the Director of Therapist Acquisition (also a PT). Many of the associates on our Therapist Acquisition team are also active Luna PTs -- uniquely positioned to speak to how transformative the platform truly is!
You’ll have the freedom to build regional sourcing strategies using AI-driven tools, traditional outreach, and a robust CRM to track, nurture, and convert leads. Luna provides comprehensive training, onboarding, and sales enablement support. achieving better work life balance. By sharing Luna's technology, you'll help other therapists avoid burnout and regain the autonomy they deserve and desire.
How you will have an impact
- Utilize a diverse set of sourcing tactics, including social media outreach, Boolean searches, mass emails, cold calls, referral strategies, and automation tools (Hubspot, Sales Msg, etc)
- Build and maintain authentic, meaningful relationships with prospective therapists
- Sign PTs to the Luna platform in alignment with quarterly recruitment goals
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of therapist candidates to support business growth
- Partner with clinical recruitment, marketing, and sales to identify and prioritize high-demand markets
- Continuously improve sourcing and engagement workflows to boost conversion and efficiency
- Keep job postings accurate and up to date across all platforms
- Leverage ATS/CRM and AI tools to manage pipeline engagement and candidate tracking
- Format and maintain organized, search-friendly candidate databases for ongoing outreach

What we're looking for
- 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Experience using the Luna platform as an active PT is a plus!
- Background in inside sales, recruitment marketing, or managing lead pipelines and funnel conversions
- Familiarity with outreach and sourcing tools; able to comfortably navigate a diverse tech stack to achieve goals
- Personable, organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about improving care through tech-enabled human connection
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Ability to start full time within 30 days
$60,000 - $85,000 a year
Compensation includes base of $50-$60K depending on experience and geographic area.
Annual bonus for this position is $25K, once fully ramped. Bonus opportunity during onboarding and training is equivalent to $10K annually, on top of base salary listed above for meeting performance goals.
