Luna is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our growing Revenue Cycle Operations team. In this role, you’ll analyze claims, payments, and payer performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and financial health across our revenue cycle. You’ll help identify trends, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional teams with data insights and reporting. How you will have an impact!
- Analyze revenue cycle data from internal systems and payer portals to identify trends and performance gaps
- Monitor claims, denials, reimbursements, and payer performance through daily/weekly reporting
- Track KPIs such as days in A/R, denial rates, net collections, and reimbursement timelines
- Perform root cause analysis on denials, rejections, and delayed payments, and recommend corrective actions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making
- Partner with RCM staff to streamline workflows, improve clean-claim rates, and enhance overall efficiency
- Provide ad hoc analysis, data requests, and technical support to revenue cycle leadership

What you can offer Luna!
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data/Analytics, or equivalent work experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or data analytics supporting healthcare operations
- Hands-on experience with claims analysis, denial management, and payer performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and Tableau, Power BI (or other visualization tools) required
- Familiarity with healthcare RCM processes (insurance verification, coding, billing, payment posting, A/R follow-up)
- Working knowledge of TalkDesk, HubSpot, or similar healthcare technology platforms
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments
$70,000 - $95,000 a year
Salary is commensurate with experience and location
