Patient Services

  • Are you fully fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) and able to confidently assist patients in both languages by phone and in writing?
  • Have you worked at least 6 months in a healthcare, medical billing, or patient-facing customer service role (such as a doctor’s office, therapy clinic, hospital, or medical call center)?
